Ralinda Watts, a native of Los Angeles, is a diversity director, practitioner, and consultant specializing in race, identity, culture, and justice. She is a founding member of the Los Angeles Diversity Director鈥檚 Consortium and has designed and curated curriculum, frameworks, and K-12 programs including Sharing Our Stories, Social Symposia, and the Intersections of Identity seminar for ninth graders, centered on identity and belonging.
