Rachel Paparone
High School French Teacher
Dr. Rachel Paparone is a secondary French teacher in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York. She received her PhD in French languages and literatures in 2013 from the University of Georgia. She has taught all levels of language acquisition to all ages of learners, from elementary to graduate students. In 2022, she co-piloted a small school program that incorporates French, STEAM, and equity studies. She has presented her work at multiple conferences, is the author several articles on French literatures, and was recently named a member of the inaugural cohort of Dell's K-12 Education Innovator Accelerator program.
