Julia Richardson, MEd, is a teacher, writer, curriculum developer, and consultant. She is a graduate of the University of California鈥檚 Master of Education program in Los Angeles, a community of educators working to transform public schooling to create a more just, equitable, and humane society.聽Her recent research includes the development of young learners鈥� emotional awareness, mindfulness practices, and social-emotional and arts-integrated learning in the early elementary school classroom. She recently published 鈥溾�� in聽Childhood Education Innovations.
