Cheryl Boes
Media Specialist
Cheryl Boes has 20 years of experience in the classroom and media center. Four years were dedicated to serving as a teacher trainer, helping educators integrate technology to enhance their curriculum. She supports the K-2 blended learning model in Utica Community Schools. Currently, Cheryl is a media specialist who shares her love of literature and technology through engaging weekly lessons. Students interact with the resources in the media center to create multimedia presentations, conduct research and learn new skills, such as coding. She鈥檚 helped shape the district鈥檚 instructional technology vision by assisting with the development and facilitation of hands-on PD for teachers. Cheryl is an Apple Distinguished Educator and she presents at local, state and national conferences.
