Aileen is an eighth-grade science and STEM teacher who is passionate about utilizing evidence-based teaching strategies and helping other educators do the same. She’s committed to creating an inclusive learning environment in which all students can explore scientific phenomena knowing that they have a valuable contribution to make. She has a master’s in curriculum and instruction and is currently in a Specialist in Teacher Leadership program. She lives in Acworth, Georgia, with her husband and three daughters.
